Having travelled the world and settled in Australia for 12 years, MD Sarah Stanley knew what she wanted and expected for Unique Home Stays: Intimate private luxury accommodation oozing with character, excellent regional cuisine and smart comfortable bedrooms with all the trimmings. Which is why, in 2001, Sarah returned home to Cornwall and launched Unique Home Stays.
